Should I get as many garages as possible will help with fast travel to high value jobs or focus on fully upgrading each garage I get first? Do truck upgrades help my drivers productivity? Off topic: do I benefit from having the most aerodynamic cab?

It doesn’t make a whole lot of difference, but it seems that eco and long distance will make you the most money early. What I would do for your drivers is get them 1 point in each to unlock the categories, then max any one you want, with the caveat that long distance or eco will make you slightly more money early.

ADR seems to be the worst to max out early. Without the extra bonuses from fragile, high value and just in time, it is the lowest earner. Buying trucks and hiring drivers is what will help make money. Fast travel is not what you think it is. It takes time, it’s not instant.
